Part of my adventures at CatalystCon was attending the debut of the EVI by Aneros. I learned all about this new toy, and Girl Gasms, from the lovely Ducky Doolittle. I also won one of them!
In a nutshell, the EVI is a hands free kegel/g-spot stimulator. This ingeniously shaped device is made out phthalate free silicone and has a velvety soft feel to it. The box it came in was a lovely piece of artful packaging. Inside I found the anatomically shaped toy with a simple instruction card. The EVI has some heft to it, quite solid in your hand. It has a bulbous end, a narrow neck and a slim oblong end. Once inserted it sits on your clitoris on the narrow oblong end on the outside and presses against your g-spot on the inside. The narrow neck aligns with your pelvic floor muscles allowing you to use it for kegel exercises. The motion of the kegels stimulates both the clit and the g-spot. This can be accomplished by just the kegel motion alone or by using the motions suggested in the info card. No vibration necessary nor provided.
Out of the box I first spent a little time looking at its interesting shape. The instructions suggested lots of lubrication and that was accomplished by employing my toy-testing assistant, AKA my husband. A little bit of foreplay and I had all the lubrication I needed. I positioned myself as suggested, knees slightly up and inserted the EVI. Once the larger bulbous end was entirely inside I found that the slim bar outside did not exactly touch my clit. I worried this may be a problem. Not having used anything like this before I just started with the basic hip rocking action. I rocked slowly at first wondering if I would get any kind of stimulation. Then… slowly… it started to build.
I could feel something, just a hint at first. Inside I could feel the EVI pressing against my g-spot, gently rubbing against it as I rocked my hips. As the feeling grew I found myself rocking my hips more. Something was definitely happening here but it sure was taking its time getting there. My husband decided to help things along. He took hold of the EVI and began to vibrate it with his fingers. The orgasm took me by surprise. It wasn’t a soft easy one that I usually get to start with. It was strong making my back arch and my fingers curl. I took a moment to recover but I wanted to keep going. My husband didn’t mind that I continued the show either.
We decided to try different ways to work with it. I tried rubbing the clit stimulation part of it to get more direct contact. That didn’t really work. Fingers, both his, and mine worked underneath but that turned out to be more uncomfortable than fun. It also didn’t exactly make it hands free or vibration free either. I went back with the rocking motion. The next orgasm was elusive at first. It was hovering just out of reach. In my impatience I pressed my pelvis against my husband’s thigh and started grinding on it. I was richly rewarded with several mind-blowing orgasms.
I took another breather to recover then I decided on one more try, you know, for research sake. The instructions all indicate that kegels should be enough to attain orgasm. I took this as a challenge and simply lay there doing those helpful pelvic contractions. This was probably not so much fun for my husband but I was bound and determined to make this work. That slow build happened again. Then with only the motion of my kegels I came. The orgasm was hard and long. I grasped onto the pillows, arched and writhed while riding those waves of orgasms. I lay there, gasping for breath, taking a bit more time to recover.
I’m not sure if this will be the most popular toy in this geisha’s house but it’s definitely a winner. I can see working on developing those kegels with this every once in a while. I wouldn’t mind having a few of those amazing g-spot orgasms on fairly regular basis either. The EVI is small, easy to clean and fits in its delightful little box when not in use. The small size means you could probably use it anywhere and is ideal for travel. It’s a nice option instead of kegel balls because the design prevents it from falling out. It’s also an interesting alternative to a vibrator or a dildo and quite an effective one. I highly recommend the Aneros EVI. Combining the benefits of kegel exercises with amazing orgasms is quite an accomplishment.
